Pueblo Purchasing Center

Pueblo (CO) Reroof - 2019

Project Scope

The City of Pueblo wanted a new look for their 100+ year-old purchasing office; so, to help them achieve their vision, the Supreme Team removed the existing combination of TPO and modified bitumen roof systems to expose the sloped concrete deck. Additionally, we removed a failing skylight which ran along 60 feet at the ridge of the structure and enclosed its curb to create an attractive accent to the roof line. After installing insulated nail base and proper venting, an architectural shingle system was installed to complete the facelift. Winter weather and days with prolonged high winds contributed to occasional work delays, but our quality-conscious crew ensured that even when temporary work stoppage was necessary, that the building was properly secured with no instances of water / moisture intrusion – evidence of what we mean when we say “Roofing Done Right”!
