This was a roof replacement project for a retirement community in Carrollton, Texas. The project spanned 41,200 sq. ft. in size and had exhausted its serviceable life of the pre-existing roof, where the shingles were showing visible signs of wear and ready to be replaced.
This was a roof replacement project for a retirement community in Carrollton, Texas. The project spanned 41,200 sq. ft. in size and had exhausted its serviceable life of the pre-existing roof, where the shingles were showing visible signs of wear and ready to be replaced.
On the roof replacement, Supreme Roofing installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles and Firestone 60-mil TPO in the HVAC areas. In the HVAC areas where the Firestone TPO was installed, we had to remove all the HVAC and curb extensions to ensure a watertight seal with TPO membrane.
We replaced all the pre-existing gutters and downspouts around the building with new systems. In terms of complexity, this project went according to plan and highlighted another on-time and on-budget project for Supreme Roofing.
